Museum “25. maj”

Museum of Yugoslav History was established in 1996, by merger of Memorial Centre “Josip Broz Tito” and Museum of the Yugoslav Peoples’ Revolution.

Anent conceptual design of Mika Janković, the building was purpose built to house the Museum. Inaugurated on May 25th 1962, it was the 70th birthday present to Tito from the City of Belgrade. Total area is 3480 m2, with 1600m2 of exhibition space.
